A bit about my approach to therapy

Having trained in several modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems and Specializing in Substance Use Disorder, I utilize an integrative and client-centered approach to best service the needs of each individual client. My clients have seen powerful results as they learn to transform negative patterns towards living calm, productive, and meaningful lives.
